Cancellation Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without contacting us we may have to reschedule the appointment and you will be charged a fee.
Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the booking slot will incur a charge (50% of the treatment price). Any no-shows (on the day of your appointment) will be charged the full price of the treatment.

We accept cash, bank transfer payments.
Thing you need to do prior to some treatments
All lash and tinting services require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Please notify us on booking if you are pregnant so that we are able to adapt the treatment for your needs.
Please also inform your therapist of any medical/skin conditions prior to your treatment.
